On January 23 of the current year, an in-house training session was held at the State Institution Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of the Scientific Secretary of the Commission, Doctor of Legal Sciences Rasul Nurmuhammad Marufi, the Director of the “Zakovat” Center, Doctor of Psychological Sciences Husayn Zaytmetov, as well as heads of departments, sectors, and staff members of the institution.

During the event, Husayn Zaytmetov delivered a presentation on the topic “Service Psychology,” in which he examined key psychological aspects of public service activities, including communication culture, stress management, professional responsibility, and the development of personal competencies.

The speaker emphasized that adherence to the principles of service psychology plays a crucial role in improving professional performance, strengthening workplace relations, and ensuring a healthy psychological environment. Throughout the session, an exchange of views took place among participants, and detailed responses were provided to questions related to the practical application of psychological knowledge in daily professional activities.

The event was conducted in a professional and constructive atmosphere and was regarded as highly significant for enhancing the legal and psychological awareness of the staff.
