The Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan hereby informs researchers and scholars of scientific institutions, higher professional education institutions, and postgraduate professional education institutions that, within the framework of the latest Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and with the aim of presenting the scientific achievements of scholars and researchers at a high standard at the international level, it has been decided to align the international scientific journal “Furughi Ilm” with the standards of outstanding scientometric databases, namely Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus, and to expand the acceptance and publication of scientific articles in foreign languages (English).
In this regard, it is considered essential that researchers and scholars strictly adhere to the requirements for the preparation and submission of scientific articles in the IMRAD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion), and that they make active use of scientific sources indexed in the authoritative scientometric databases Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus.
For the articles that submitted in English in accordance with the following requirements, and receive a positively evaluated by the Editorial Board of the journal will be published free of charge and without queue:
- The article must follow the IMRAD structure;
- The reference list must contain recent scholarly sources, numbering no fewer than 25 titles, with more than 50% drawn from peer-reviewed journals indexed in major international databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ChemRxiv, MathSciNet, PubMed, ACM Digital Library, Agris, JSTOR, and others);
- Self-citation must not exceed 20%.
